At BelieverPIN, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at fran.eccomerce@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
